1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a course. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
2) Digital Access & Licensing
Purchases provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view course materials for personal learning. Unless explicitly stated, you do not acquire ownership of any materials.
We may restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being shared, used to violate these Terms, or compromised.
3) Payments, Refunds & Taxes
Pricing and availability are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Refund eligibility, if any, follows the policy presented during purchase and/or in the course description.
If a chargeback occurs, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform; (b) bypass access restrictions; (c) upload malware; (d) harass others; (e) violate intellectual property rights; (f) use the service for unlawful purposes.
5) Intellectual Property
All course content, designs, trademarks, and platform features are owned by or licensed to Scrapbooking Courses and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any specific learning outcome will be achieved.
7) Limitation of Liability

8) Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after updates become effective indicates acceptance.
